My cool, new MOP!

Brian and I got this new steam mop online yesterday! I usually use a wet swiffer but with my house of boys that is not good enough. This thing uses only water and can clean/steam tile, linoleum, laminate hardwood, behind toilets, in the tub, carpet, etc.... It is amazing! Is gets the stains that I normally have to get on all fours with a brillo and hot water to get off. It is better than the Shark one too I have used that one before. You must give one of these suckers a try!

What a face! He does something new all the time! He walks around saying "A, B, C, D" as loud as he can. He likes dumping the lincoln logs out on the floor and stacking them up. If I can I will get him doing his new dance while watching himself in the mirror. It is hard as he grabs the camera whenever he sees it so I can't film him.
Elijah got his report card the other day. It was really, really good. 5th grade is a beast. I have to admit. I will be glad when it is over. I am ready for vacation. I have lost 3 more pounds from my cardio twister so life is good!!

Potty Update etc...

Zane finally pooped in the potty the other day! He isn't crazy about it. He looks at me like "are you sure I can do this?" It takes toddlers a while to come out of their comfort zone and break old habits but he is doing great! That is how they learn, so changing them takes repetition and patience. He doesn't like to use other peoples potties so when we go out I keep pull ups handy but that is more his personality. He is a little slow to aclimate to different environments sometimes until he trusts his surroundings completely.

His birthday will be creeping up quickly. I can't believe it! I am not positive what were doing but when I figure it out I will let everyone know. He is enjoying finding things to put on, like Elijah's hats and clothes. I think some dress up clothes, like firefighters, policeman, doctors etc... like the ones we have at school would be a good thing for him to have for his birthday. It is too funny watching him put crazy things on and walk around.

Well off to make dinner I go, then off to the Cardio Twister I go!

Happy Birthday, Father's Day, Easter and whatever else to Brian!

God has been good to us and Brian finally got the truck he has wanted forever! It is great! It has enough room in the back for both boys, car seat, and the dog. We love the color too. It is a 2005 and we were able to get an amazing deal on it. We have been looking for a while so Saturday he went out with my Dad just looking and this was the one he brought home. The boys think it's cool so that's what really matters.
