Happy Valentines Day!!

Brian bought these for me on Tuesday and continued to bring me flowers all week. He knows I love them especially hydrangeas and gerber daisies. The boys gave me a stuffed Boston Terrier and a card and they bought me a watch.

My sweet husband showered me with flowers all week long. My favorite flower is a gerber daisy so he hunted until he found a bouquet that had some. I love roses but I would rather have a large assortment of certain flowers and he got the biggest he could find!

He loves to wear hats

.....but only for a few minutes at home. He looks so cute in a hat but he won't leave one on. Elijah never took his off at Zanes age. Zane also loves to look at himself in the mirror while dancing or wearing his hat. (wonder who he gets that from!!)

We're feeling better!!

After 4 days of breathing treatments and rest Zane has made a speedy recovery! He didn't need antibiotics thank goodness. He went back to Dr. Javier on Tuesday and she said to reduce his breathing treatments to 2 a day from 4 and to continue for another 3-4 days and then he's fine. Thanks to everyone who said a prayer and sent me kind messages. They are very much appreciated. When Zane was at the Pediatricians office they checked his weight and stuff while he was there. He weighed 34 pounds and was 37 inches tall!! I can't believe he is that big.

Let sleeping dogs lie!!

I gave Elijah a mini stuffed animal of a Boston Terrier like our dog Biskit and he loved it so much that he got Zanes baby blanket and wrapped the dog up in it and slept with it. It's nice to know he's not growing up quite as fast as it seems. Elijah always insists on going into the Drs. office with Zane because he wants to make sure no one is hurting his baby brother. On Fri. I took Zane to the Pediatrician and Elijah went in with us and when I had to give Zane his breathing treatment(which he screamed the whole way through)Elijah fell apart. He cried and kept telling me to stop because he couldn't stand the thought of me hurting him. I have a feeling Zane will have a big brother to look out for him until he's 40! Elijah is very sensitive anyway but when it comes to Zane he'll fight you before he lets you fuss at, inconvenience or disturb him. He kisses him every night before bed. I couldn't ask for a better big brother or son.
